Privacy policy

This policy covers Retake Creative Studio, a business of Retakephoto LLC (“Retake”, “we”), and its websites and portals: client.retakecreative.com, photographer.retakecreative.com and admin.retakecreative.com, and our text-message program.

What we collect

• Contact details you or your brokerage give us: name, email, mobile number, company and billing details.
• Shoot details: property address, dates, access notes, invoices and payments (card payments are processed by our payment provider; we don’t store card numbers).
• Records needed to run the service: sign-in history, terms you accepted, text-message consent, and which files were downloaded.

How we use it

To schedule and deliver your shoots, send confirmations, invoices and delivery notices by email and (if you opted in) text message, answer your questions, and keep accounting records.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run our service for us (website hosting, email delivery, payment processing, calendar), only to provide the service, or when the law requires it.

Text messages (SMS)

If you opt in to texts from Retake Creative Studio (see how the text program works), we use your mobile number only to send the messages you signed up for and to reply to you. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, HELP for help. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Change email and text preferences in your portal Account page.
• Ask us to see, correct or delete your information at hello@retakephoto.com. We keep invoices and payment records as long as tax law requires.

Security

Passwords are hashed, sign-ins on new devices need an emailed code, and stored keys are encrypted.
